b) Remove the Sub-roller from the
Scanner Frame.
c) Remove the spring 1 from the
Scanner Frame.
d) Remove the ADF Roller Assem-
bly by removing the gear on the
Scanner Frame.
e) After removing the ADF Roller,
remove the Pinch Roller by hold-
ing up the two springs 2 while the
Pinch Roller Shaft is pushed and
released.
f) Remove the Contact Image Sen-
sor by disconnecting the connec-
tor.
5) PC1, PC2
a) After disconnecting the two con-
nectors, remove the photo-coupler
sensors PC1 and PC2 on the Bot-
tom Plate by pressing the latch
using the flat screwdriver or the
like.
(2) Reassembly procedure
Reverse the disassembly procedure.
